Calls to and from our office may be logged and summarized using secure artificial-intelligence tools for client file accuracy and quality assurance. Summaries of client calls are confidential and become part of the client file. We do not sell call data, and call content is never used to train third-party AI models. If you prefer that a specific call not be summarized, tell us at the start of the call and we will note the file manually.
AI Disclosure
This Firm uses artificial intelligence services to assist with intake processing, communication, document drafting, and case management. These services are provided by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, PBC. Content you submit may be processed by these providers subject to their own terms and data policies. We do not sell your personal information. AI-assisted tools support our attorneys and staff; they do not provide legal advice and do not replace attorney judgment. AI Receptionist Disclosure
Our office uses an AI-assisted receptionist for after-hours and overflow call handling. That assistant is not a licensed attorney and cannot provide legal advice. Any information provided to it is used solely to facilitate connecting you with our office and is not protected by attorney-client privilege until you formally retain the Firm.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Contacting this office through the website, phone, chat, or AI-assisted channels does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when the Firm agrees to represent you and a signed engagement agreement has been executed.
