Hayden Boudreaux

Professional Experience:

Hayden Boudreaux spent his early life in Camden County, Georgia before attending Louisiana State University to play football. He later transferred to and graduated from Georgia Southern University. Hayden left the small-town life behind to attend New York Law School in Manhattan.

During his law school career, he worked with high school students in the Bronx to teach them about their rights when talking to police. He also wrote articles that were meant to explain complex changes in local laws to the average New Yorker.

Holding on to a long-time love of Austin, Hayden graduated and opted to take the Texas Bar Exam. After passing on his first attempt, he moved across the country to fight for justice in Texas. Hayden’s top priority is achieving the best outcome in cases while ensuring that his clients understand each step of the legal process.

If you have been arrested…

Your FREEDOM is potentially at stake. A conviction can have a huge impact on your job, relationships, and your future. You need to act fast.

“That it is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer.”

—BENJAMIN FRANKLIN (March 14, 1785)

The United States Constitution provides important limitations on the government that protect the rights of United States citizens. The Texas Constitution grants similar rights ensuring the rights of the accused. A fundamental concept in the United States justice system is that an individual is Innocent Until Proven Guilty. As such, the prosecution must prove you are guilty Beyond a Reasonable Doubt, I strive to prove that you are ‘Not Guilty.’ It is important to remember that Not Guilty does not equal Innocent; Not Guilty equals the state did not prove the case Beyond a Reasonable Doubt.
